R B A Exports Private Limited began its operations in 1958 as a trading company of wire nails, paper and other commodities. With the consistent hard work, sheer commitment and passion, today, we stand among the largest manufacturers of iron casting products from India. Our products such as Zoom Out Ambulance, Bench Frames, Dome Grates, Gully Grates with Frame, Circular Manhole Covers, Bollard Final, and more are extensively used in over 5 continents including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Australia, New Zealand. We have three full-fledged manufacturing facilities in India that offer us annual installed capacity of 24000 MT of Grey iron and 24000 MT of Ductile iron. In order to develop custom steel fabricated and galvanized products, we have recently started our manufacturing facility. Further, we are trading in many engineering products for petroleum, construction, railways, and related industrial verticals. We regularly supply our products to be used for drainage, water, sewer, telecommunications, utility network, streets, and highways.

Our Infrastructure
Since the commencement of our firm, we have maintained a sophisticated infrastructure to systematically execute business activities. We have 3 foundries with an installed capacity of 24000MT of grey iron and 24000 MT of ductile iron per year. Our infrastructure is equipped with advanced production machines and the latest tools that support us in manufacturing the products in high quantities and meeting the variegated demands of our clients. We use multiple moulding and melting processes/technologies which are optimized to the product being manufactured. Moulding processes includes green sand hand moulding to semi automatic moulding lines to high pressure fully automatic moulding lines.
Our finishing centers provide bespoke finishing solution; it includes machining (conventional and CNC), painting lines (for standard paints, special application paints like epoxy, powder coating, CED coating and hot dipped galvanizing). These machines are maintained from time to time by our professionals to have their smooth functioning.
